French Onion Pork Chop Skillet

6 boneless pork chops (1 1/2 lb.) 1/2 inch thick

2 onions, thinly sliced

2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

1 (6oz.) Pkg stove top stuffing mix, chicken flavored

1 c. Shredded mozzarella

Heat a large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on med - high heat. Add chops and onions; cook 5 mins. Turn and stir onions. Cook for 5 more mins. Remove chops. Cook and stir onions 5 mins.

Stir in worcestershire sauce and return chops to skillet; top with onion mix.

Mix stuffing mix and 1 1/2 cups hot water; spoon around and on pork chops. Top with cheese; cover and cook 5 mins or until cheese is melted.

Serving size = 6
